I. Parent Training
There are short courses available during early pregnancy that focus particularly on the changes within a pregnant women’s body, exercising safely, use tips, Q & A, and when you should consult your midwife or doctor. It also teaches you how to help newborn baby to bath and breastfeeding.
II. Pre & Postnatal Yoga
Exercise is important during antenatal and postnatal periods. While antenatal yoga provides a good preparation for delivery and beyond, postnatal exercise is to strengthen pelvic floor muscle to prevent incontinence, prevent low back pain, stimulate blood circulation, enhance appetite and speed up the recovery process. Little Whales offers specialised yoga classes specifically designed for mums before and after childbirth.
III. Physiotherapy Treatment
Normally, pregnant mothers feel muscle pains and joint aches during pregnancy. Little whales has a physiotherapist who can help you to relive your pain from pregnancy.

V. Nutrition & Diet Advice
To keep fit, a healthy diet is as important as exercise. There is special dietary advice to help new mothers to make a quick recovery. Prenatal advices also can be given during the early pregnancy period to prevent complications.
VI. Beauty Therapy
Pregnancy does not only affect women’s bodies but also their faces. It is important for women to have facials regularly. Little Whales has beauty programs to pamper our new mothers which improves their skin condition after giving birth.
VII. Support Group
Due to the hormonal changes, challenges in baby care and other family issues, mothers are at high risk of suffering from emotional disorders. It is very important to take care of the mental health of women during the postnatal period. At Little Whales, new parents can join our childcare and parenting workshops or participate in talks and presentations to help reduce anxiety. Through these workshops and activities, you can share your experiences with other parents, build a new social and support network and enrich your overall parenting knowledge.
VIII. Kids Playgroup
Caring for young children is a very rewarding experience, but sometimes you may feel isolated as a stay-at-home mum. Before children are old enough to start school, establishing friendship networks can be challenging for both parents and children.
Little Whales offers a wide range of kid’s playgroup activities which allows children to develop social skills at their own pace, building children’s confidence, supporting children’s imagination and creativity. More importantly, it provides a space for mothers to rest and relax.
IX. Photography
The growth of children is rapid. That’s why it is always a good idea to take photos to preserve memories. There is a photo session by a professional photographer to capture this valuable moment for your family.
