Yoga helps reconnect the body and re-knits abdominal muscles using yoga breathing. It has additional effects which include that of inducing deeper sleep and reducing fatigue. Babies can also be involved, interactive mother and baby yoga moves promote ‘active bonding’ in age-appropriate ways through the first weeks and months.
